Vanguard Labs
Cookie policy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone or tablet) when you visit it. They are used to remember information about your visit, make the site work correctly and, in some cases, to measure its usage. We also treat as “cookies”, in a broad sense, equivalent technologies such as the browser's local storage.
2. Who uses cookies?
The party responsible for the use of cookies on this site is Vanguard Labs, SL, based in Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra. For any question about this policy you can write to [email protected].
3. Which cookies do we use?
This site uses only technical or strictly necessary cookies, essential for its operation and security:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
vl_consent | First-party | Remember your cookie preferences so we don't ask you again on every visit. | 6 months |
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare (third party) | Security, bot mitigation and delivery of the site through its network (CDN). | Session / up to 1 year |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare (third party) | Anti-spam verification of the contact form. Loaded only on the contact page. | Session |
We currently do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add measurement or marketing tools in the future, they will be listed here and will only be enabled with your prior consent through the preferences panel.
4. Legal basis
Technical or strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website, and are exempt from the consent requirement. Any cookie that is not strictly necessary (for example, analytics) will only be installed if you give us your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. How to manage or withdraw your consent
- On your first visit, a notice lets you accept all, reject all or customise cookies by category.
- You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer.
- You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). Note that disabling necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
6. Third-party cookies
We use Cloudflare as a content delivery network (CDN) and security layer, as well as Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against automated submissions. These services may set their own technical cookies that are necessary to perform those security functions.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes, or the addition of new cookies. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
